Starting is free, Basic is €35 per month and Pro is €50 per month. You start without a credit card and move up when you need more.
Can I track lessons and attendance?
Yes, with the Lessons module in Pro. You create groups and lesson times, enrol members, and instructors tick attendance in the app, including by scanning the member pass. You attach a number of lessons per month to a membership, and parents see how many lessons their child has left.
Which modules do I get?
That depends on your package: Starter has the basics, Basic adds subscriptions and direct debit, and Pro includes every module. Want to try a module or switch one off? Email us.
Who is MySubs for?
For associations, clubs, foundations and companies that track members, memberships, prepaid cards and access with a member pass.
How do payments work?
Fees run through Mollie, on your organisation’s own Mollie account. The membership money lands there. MySubs can withhold a platform fee, up to €2 per payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You cancel a paid plan in your workspace and drop back to starting, which is free. You can delete the organisation only when no member payments are still running. Settle or cancel those first.
Who can see our members’ data?
Your organisation, for member administration. MySubs is the processor and does not use that data for its own purposes. The details are in our privacy policy.
