Delete your account in My Subs

How to request deletion

You can delete your account yourself in the app.

• Open the My Subs app and sign in.
• Go to Profile and open Personal details.
• Tap Delete profile at the bottom and confirm.

Cannot do it in the app?

Email info@mysubs.nl from the address of your account and ask for deletion. We handle your request within one month.

What we delete

Your login account and the profile data that belongs to My Subs: name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth and your profile photo.

What we keep

Member records and transactions are held by the organisation you are a member of. The organisation keeps them for as long as needed for its administration, legal obligations or disputes.

For access, correction or deletion of data held by an organisation, contact that organisation. More detail is in our privacy policy.
